There are just 14 weeks left until SoCal TFMU 2013! Registration is open so sign up today before fees increase. We're planing a whole day of fan fiction awesomeness and we just know you're going to have so much fun.

Leading up to our big event in June are monthly mini meet ups. We had a blast last weekend at our February mini meet up. But don't just take my word for it, here's what a few members had to say about the night:

It was great! You 2 worked so hard and it was easy to get to know people I hadn't met and great to see those I hadn't seen for awhile. I think you had the perfect ratio of structure and casualness. There was an agenda but plenty of time to talk and share. Thanks again for a fun evening!

I had been meaning to review the SoCal TFMU group at least for the last two months (maybe longer), but I have found it hard to put into words how much this group & the ladies mean to me. I met Deb at a Twilight reading club about 4 years ago & Patty a few months after.  They almost immediately began chatting about fan fiction stories they had read and the recommendations started flying.  I love to read and I am a huge fan of Twilight, but considering I almost got my Twilight Lovers Card revoked because I didn't know about Midnight Sun, I had no clue that Fan Fiction existed. It took a while, but they finally convinced me to try it out. I started off with Fourteen, then went on to The Cube; needless to say I got hooked. I was ecstatic when they started their blog and when SoCal TFMU started up.  I don't always have a lot of free time to read, or to hang out for that matter, but I always make room for the girls.  Whenever I need to take a break I always run to the Twilight world and I love knowing that I'm in good company.
